Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving and accepting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.

Warranty Returns

We honour valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim. We aim to process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon confirmation, you can choose a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item if available.

International Transit Time

International orders typically take 10-30 days to arrive, depending on the chosen courier. A more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.

Changing Delivery Address

Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS.

Out of Stock Items
