1. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If for any reason you're not happy with your Mountain Village Merchandise item, you can return it for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

2. Warranty:

We are confident in the quality of our merchandise products. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers functional issues with water bottles, mugs, tents, duffle bags, jewelry, home decor, and all non-apparel items due to faulty materials or craftsmanship.

Please Note:

Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, is not covered under this warranty.

3. Made-to-Order Promise:

Since we produce most items upon order, there may be a slightly longer wait time for your purchase. However, this made-to-order approach allows us to minimize waste and overproduction. It also ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality product.
