Order Processing
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. In the rare case of an unavailable item, we will fulfill available products and contact you to discuss restocking or a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. The total cost you pay at checkout includes the final shipping price.
Returns
Change of Mind
We accept returns due to a change of mind within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving and accepting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.
Warranty Returns
We honour valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim. We aim to process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon confirmation, you can choose a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item if available.
Delivery
Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-21 business days.
International Transit Time
International orders typically take 10-30 days to arrive, depending on the chosen courier. A more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize shipment delays during such periods.
Changing Delivery Address
We can accommodate requests to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.
Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) and dispatch the rest of your order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Please contact us for further assistance if your delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe.
Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor their shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If possible, please reject parcels damaged in transit. Otherwise, contact customer service for guidance.
Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of the goods on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are advised to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If duties and taxes are refused, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense, with a refund issued for the item value minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before order dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
Process for Damaged or Lost Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.
