To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • Contact us at returns@mountainvillagemerchandise.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
