Order Confirmation

How will I know my order has been received?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email indicates that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Next, we will reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Shipment

When will my order be shipped?
If your order is in stock and your credit card has been charged, your order will ship within five business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at info@mountainvillagemerchandise.com.

Damages

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, please send photos to info@mountainvillagemerchandise.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
